WDW College Program
So I did my interview this morning.|
Oh boy.. I know that I did a pretty good job with it.
I felt such a good vibe from her.
But she only asked me like a good 3-4 " what if " questions.
I was expecting a lot more for some reason. Do you think that's bad?
I was expecting a lot more on my interview too. I just wanted to keep talking. That's not bad... they hire a ton of CPs. The interviews just really aren't that in-depth, to be honest. If you prepare for it at all (which you obviously did) you're ten steps ahead of most people that interview.
I think I only got like one "What if" question, if that. The interview is mainly just for you to ask any questions you have about the program before you jump in. For the most part, almost everyone gets accepted unless they find something really suspicious in their history (and we're talking like a jail record or a long record of losing jobs). More than likely, you'll be getting an acceptance letter soon.
No, that's really all they ask. It's a fairly simply interview compaired to some of the ones I've done in the past. And as others have mentioned, it's more so that you can ask them questions, than anything else.
What if I didn't ask any questions for them?

usually they want you to ask questions- it shows interest in the program
from what i heared its a really important criteria
Your recruiter will be mean to you. J/K
Well, kind of.
That's perfectly normal. I was asked 3 what-if questions on my interview, and so was my friend at school. We both got into the Spring Advantage '08 program and were roommates. It was great :).
